The Tesoro Amazónico chocolate bar collection is the result of meticulous research, offering a variety of dark, milk, and white chocolate. Each bar is crafted bean-to-bar in Peru, using traditional artisanal methods.

Raw cacao beans are carefully selected, processed, and roasted to preserve their natural flavour profiles and primary aromas.
Cacao Beans
Cocoa butter is extracted by pressing the beans. Its neutral yet aromatic flavour, combined with its vegetable-based fatty acids and high smoke point, makes it an ideal ingredient for culinary use.
Cocoa Butter
Pure cocoa paste is created through a slow grinding process. Naturally low in cholesterol, gluten-free, and packed with nutritional and antioxidant benefits, it is a wholesome ingredient for health-conscious consumers.
Cocoa Paste
Natural cocoa powder is produced using traditional cold pressing techniques, with a fat content of 22-24%. No alkalisation is involved, allowing the product to retain its authentic colour and aroma.

Cacao molasses is derived by collecting the mucilage during the fermentation process of the beans, followed by pasteurisation. It features bold aromatic notes of cacao and tropical fruit, with a tangy, flavoursome finish that lingers on the palate.
